Don’t denigrate Atiku because you want to support Saraki – Reno Omokri to Doyin Okupe

Former aide to ex president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has called out Doyin Okupe for his statement on former vice president Atiku Abubakar. 

Okupe, who was also an aide to former president Jonathan in a statement yesterday claimed that, it will take Nigeria 10 years to recover if Atiku rules for just a day. He also said Nigeria will make history, if senate president Bukola Saraki rules.

This statement didn’t go down well with Omokri, as he slammed Mr Okupe for slandering Atiku in a bid to canvass support for Saraki. 

Omokri also stated that it would be a shame for the opposition to turn the arsenal on themselves as the plan is to remove Buhari, under whose watch, many jobs were lost, he said. 

The author also asked Okupe to produce any evidence against Atiku, if he has any or remain silent, as Atiku currently has over 50,000 under his employ.
