Former NDDC MD, Aginighan and son die in fatal car crash

 

A former acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Pastor Power Aginighan has died after a fatal car crash on the Bayelsa end of the East-West Road.

The accident which occurred on Friday, August 31 also claimed the lives of Aginighan’s son, Tammy who was said to be driving, and a police orderly.

Reports say the vehicle they were travelling in was crushed by a truck on their way to Port Harcourt, Rivers State, which burst into flames burning them beyond recognition.

Aginighan was the leader of the Delta-Ijaw APC. May their souls rest in peace
